Announcement regarding our response to COVID-19 and plans for moving forward: /

In light of recent developments and recommendations from our national and state officials, we will be ceasing all church activities including all regular Sunday and Wednesday services for the coming weeks until such time as it is advised for us to begin meeting again. Until we can begin meeting again in person, we plan to move our Sunday morning worship time online. Patrick Broaddus, our interim pastor, has agreed to host a time of prayer and Bible study via FacebookLive each Sunday at 11. You can access the live feed here: https://www.facebook.com/FirstBaptistRiesel each Sunday. You do not have to have a Facebook account to access this feed. We plan to have the feed go live around 10:45 or so each week so that you can have time to catch up and fellowship via the comments section. Patrick will begin our time of worship and prayer around 11.

If you know of people in the church who won’t receive this message on our Facebook page but would like to have access to our time together, please send this link on to them. Lastly, if you or someone you knowhas any immediate needs during this time please reach out and let us know. We want to make sure that even though we may not be able to meet together in person, we stay connected and continue to meet the needs of our community during this unprecedented time.
